Shipping and Handling

Every order comes beautifully packaged in a tulle bag tied with a coordinating grosgrain ribbon. If you are purchasing your order as a gift, please let me know.  I package gifts items in tissue paper before wrapping them in the same beautiful tulle bag and ribbon and I also include a gift card with your thoughts and well wishes.  As always, gift wrapping is complementary.

Please allow 7-10 days (not including shipping time) for the production of your order.  I do not mass produce my products; I believe every one deserves my undivided attention to detail, so each piece is custom made once the order is placed.  Your order may take less time and I will ship it as soon as it is ready.  Should you need to make any changes, please notify me as soon as possible.  If your order has not been made yet, I will make any changes or corrections necessary.  If you need your order in less time, let me know and I will try my hardest to expedite your product.  I will let you know in advance if this is possible.

I know that shipping can be a pain to deal with when shopping online.  To simplify that, I charge a flat $5.95 shipping fee (per address) for all orders up to $100, except for pillows which are $9.95 each.  For orders over $100, I offer free shipping. 

Returns

I want you to be pleased with your order.  If for any reason you are not satisfied, please notify me within 14 days of purchase.  All personalize items are non-refundable unless a misspelling has been made on my part.  Shipping fees are non-refundable.
